SDT International is hiring a Channel Manager

For our Brussels (Forest) headquarters, we are recruiting a Channel Manager.
Develop, support, and manage SDT’s distribution network to drive sales growth and strengthen partnerships.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Animate and develop the distributor network in the assigned regions.
  • Implement the commercial policy defined by the General Sales Manager.
  • Support and train distributors to enhance their technical and commercial performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Monitor distributor sales performance and ensure target achievement.
  • Assist distributors in developing business opportunities and closing deals.
  • Organize regular meetings, webinars, and workshops to engage the network.
  • Coordinate marketing and communication efforts to support distributors.
  • Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to management.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM tools to track distributor activities and performance.
  • Report on distributor feedback, market dynamics, and competition.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong experience in channel sales, distributor management, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to train and support partners in both technical and commercial aspects.
  • Strategic mindset with an analytical approach to market and sales data.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
