SDT International is hiring a Channel Manager
For our Brussels (Forest) headquarters, we are recruiting a Channel Manager.
Develop, support, and manage SDT’s distribution network to drive sales growth and strengthen partnerships.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Animate and develop the distributor network in the assigned regions.
- Implement the commercial policy defined by the General Sales Manager.
- Support and train distributors to enhance their technical and commercial performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
- Monitor distributor sales performance and ensure target achievement.
- Assist distributors in developing business opportunities and closing deals.
- Organize regular meetings, webinars, and workshops to engage the network.
- Coordinate marketing and communication efforts to support distributors.
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to management.
- Ensure effective use of CRM tools to track distributor activities and performance.
- Report on distributor feedback, market dynamics, and competition.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong experience in channel sales, distributor management, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to train and support partners in both technical and commercial aspects.
- Strategic mindset with an analytical approach to market and sales data.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
