SDT International SA is excited to announce its new collaboration with Hangzhou CRYSOUND Electronics Company, Ltd.
This endeavor establishes the first and only Authorized European Service Center for CRYSOUND products, offering comprehensive after-sales support including but not limited to calibration, maintenance, repair, and training services.
Located in the heart of Europe, Brussels will now serve as a central hub for CRYSOUND’s European customers, ensuring fast, efficient service and expertise close to home. This facility is designed to handle all aspects of after-sales care, delivering an enhanced user experience for clients across Europe by supporting CRYSOUND’s advanced acoustic technology solutions.
The European Service Center is fully equipped to provide after-sales support for three distinct models of acoustic imaging cameras: CRY2620, CRY2623, and CRY2624. Additionally, for the repair services of all CRY8124 and CRY8125 acoustic imaging cameras, customers are advised to directly return them to CRYSOUND’s headquarters in China.
