For our Brussels (Forest) headquarters, we are recruiting a Sales Manager. Implement the commercial strategy in the assigned geographic area (Netherlands) while ensuring business growth and strong customer relationships.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Apply the commercial policy defined by the General Sales Manager.
- Ensure achievement of qualitative and quantitative sales objectives.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities.
- Organize client visits and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
- Prepare, manage, and follow up on commercial offers.
- Contribute to product and service communication strategies.
- Track customer interactions and update CRM records regularly.
- Analyze market and customer needs, providing feedback to management.
- Maintain relationships with relevant professional organizations.
- Monitor market trends and report key competitive insights.
- Provide strategic recommendations for market-specific commercial actions.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
