For our Brussels (Forest) headquarters, we are recruiting a Sales Manager. Implement the commercial strategy in the assigned geographic area (Netherlands) while ensuring business growth and strong customer relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Apply the commercial policy defined by the General Sales Manager.
  • Ensure achievement of qualitative and quantitative sales objectives.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Organize client visits and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Prepare, manage, and follow up on commercial offers.
  • Contribute to product and service communication strategies.
  • Track customer interactions and update CRM records regularly.
  • Analyze market and customer needs, providing feedback to management.
  • Maintain relationships with relevant professional organizations.
  • Monitor market trends and report key competitive insights.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for market-specific commercial actions.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong Proven experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
