Brussels, Belgium – May 22, 2024 – SDT International SA, a leader in ultrasound solutions for industrial asset management, is proud to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Hangzhou CRYSOUND Electronics Company, Ltd., a Chinese company specializing in providing professional acoustic services and technology for electroacoustic testing, environmental noise monitoring, defect detection in automotive components, and industrial predictive maintenance.
The LOI was signed on May 15, 2024, at CRYSOUND’s headquarters in Hangzhou, China, by Jason CAO, Owner of CRYSOUND, and Benoit Degraeve, Director and General Sales Manager of SDT International SA. This agreement marks a significant step in the strategic alignment of both companies, aiming to explore and develop mutual business opportunities. Both parties recognize the potential of a strengthened and formalized collaboration to better serve their customers, expand their presence in global markets, and explore technical synergies and expertise to enhance their respective solutions.
