ISO CAT I, II & III Vibration Certification Training
In accordance with ISO 18436-1 & 18436-2
A new course designed to provide the fundamental tools to establish a successful vibration based monitoring program.
A fresh perspective on the practical concepts of vibration theory and application will be explored. When, where, why and how to use Displacement, Velocity and Acceleration vibration measurements are explored in detail. NEW Vibration Severity Charts and Setup Tables pave the way to Precision Database Setup.
ISO CAT I, II & III Vibration
These courses will not overwhelm the student with technical information on how the data is processed. The significance of spectrum frequencies and sideband frequencies are explored in detail, but how they are formed through the FFT process is omitted. Subjects such as time waveform theory and analysis, resonance and phase analysis are reserved for advanced seminars. However, experience has shown that these subjects add an unnecessary burden to someone trying to digest the basic information, and are of little value at this level.
After these seminars, the student will be competent to set up proper vibration measurement parameters for data collection, and basic vibration analysis and understand the variables that define these measurements.
