LUBExpert Specialist

The Specialist module is delivered in 15 hours, includes classroom sessions to learn about the Ultranalysis® Suite 3 software and its intercorrelation with the LUBExpert hardware.

Using the SDT RAPsodyBox simulator, this module offer practical sessions as well as field work experience depending on delivery method.

This module may be delivered either on-site, or in hybrid mode (a combo of on-site and online). Successfully challenge the 2-hour optional exam to gain your LUBExpert Specialist certificate.

You will learn:

  • Lubricants;
  • Ultrasound fundamentals;
  • Operating UAS3 – complete preparation (theory and practice);
  • LUBExpert logic;
  • Operating LUBExpert – complete work cycle (theory and simulation practice);
  • Field work – hands on at the plant floor;
  • Back to UAS3 – completing the work cycle with results review.
